Caring and Contributing at Christmas
Care providers in Santa's program are members of recognized community service organizations who work with seniors to provide housing, clothing, food, transportation, health, and other personal services.
For those of you who provide these services to seniors and participate in our Christmas gift-giving program, we wish to extend a special thank you. Because we operate anonymously, we rely entirely on you to tell us which seniors in the community are suitable candidates for our program, while respecting their privacy.
If you are a member of a recognized community service organization that assists seniors and would like to help us ensure that those with little or no support are not left out this Christmas, please complete this Care Provider Registration Form. We will provide you with an introduction package that will give you the information you need to nominate isolated seniors to our program.
